The Oshkosh Area School District (OASD) has strong, unique partnerships within its community, which provide excellent opportunities for Oshkosh students and families. Every day we look forward to working with our students, families, businesses, and community members to help create college, career, and community ready students. The OASD also has strong schools with high expectations for performance and remains committed to learning, growing, and providing the best foundational life experiences for our students. Our mission is to enrich our community by supporting our students to lead creative and empowered lives.
Within the OASD, we believe it is important to set strategic goals to focus our actions for continuous improvement. Academic Achievement and Growth, Operational Efficiency, Quality Staff, Safe Learning and Working Environments, and Community Engagement are the District’s goals and serve as the foundation for our current comprehensive strategic plan (2019-2024). We are committed to continuing to advance our strategic plan while keeping our community engaged and aware of the progress being made, as well as the needs and challenges.
As I embark on my first year of District leadership, I look forward to working together - with students, families, staff, and community members - to lead the Oshkosh Area School District into the next chapter of educational excellence. As an educator for over 20 years, I understand the critical role schools have in supporting and shaping the success of the entire community. I deeply believe in quality and comprehensive education for all students and am committed to ensuring all students have a sense of belonging in our schools and the support they need to succeed.
